A requester should be able to describe the need, communicate with the provider, understand agreed work and cost, follow progress, and retain the relevant outcome.
A provider should be able to understand the job, manage communication, show completion, receive payment-related confirmation where supported, and build a credible history from legitimate work.
A new provider or requester should not be treated as untrustworthy merely because Leja has little history about them.Private residential, financial, and property information remains limited to what the service relationship genuinely requires.
Property services are an active product direction. Categories, market coverage, payments, and operational workflows will be introduced only when they are ready and supportable.
